Silver package: 4000 USD, 2 persons free of registration fee, possibility of including a conference within the scientific program, the name and logo of the company will be used and displayed in all promotions of the Congress.
Gold package: 6000 USD, 3 persons free of registration fee, possibility of including a conference within the scientific program, and one plenary lecture at the beginning of the sessions with an extended time, the name and logo of the company will be used and displayed in all promotions of the Congress.
Platinum package: 7500 USD, 4 persons free of registration fee, possibility of including a conference within the scientific program, and one plenary lecture at the beginning of the sessions with an extended time, the name and logo of the company will be used and displayed in all promotions of the Congress.
Other sponsorship alternatives: Any of these alternatives include recognition as a sponsor with the use of the company or organization logo in the activities of the Congress and website.
Payment Condition:
All registrations require prepayment.
Event registration rates are subject to changes except when reservations have been confirmed. All rates are quoted in USD. If any change involves an increase in price/rate, payment will be required at the time of change and the change and it will not be effective until payment is received and confirmed.
The total charge includes all services described by registration category, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as airport taxes, parking, phone calls, tips and room service will be handled directly between you and the supplier or property.
